Any reproduction or reuse without prior permission is prohibited.

Messages sent via the contact form are stored only to respond to requests.

Data is kept for up to 1 year after the last message, then deleted.

You can request access or deletion by contacting the publisher.

A language preference cookie is used to remember your choice. Maximum retention: 1 year.

A session cookie named "variant" is used for A/B assignment and is deleted when you close your browser.

Usage tracking (page views, clicks, UI interactions) is sent via client-side POST requests, without cookie-based identification.

Events are stored in anonymized form in the database (analytics.events_nav_footer, analytics.events_components, analytics.events_contact: type, tracking_id, page, lang, variant, optional user_id, client_ip, user_agent, created_at, and contact outcomes/status when relevant).
